I put on my appointment to have someone call me to go over pricing before my appointment. No one ever did. It didn’t give me the option to say my husband was going to wait. Not drop off. The experience at Clarksville location was really bad. I went there for oil change thinking that I my car was still under warranty. Waited more than hour to find out it is out of warranty since my car was I went there for oil change thinking that I my car was still under warranty. Waited more than hour to find out it is out of warranty since my car was 2021. I was given the quote of $110 for tire rotation and oil change. They said they cannot do the tire rotation and oil change alone will be $98.00. It is such a scam and I will never go to this dealership. I am also going to post the same review at Google, Reddit and other social media platforms. More
