I bought a 2019 used Chevy from this dealer and was assured it wasn't in an accident or had any body damage, because Carfax report said so. After closer inspection, I had determined the front of this v assured it wasn't in an accident or had any body damage, because Carfax report said so. After closer inspection, I had determined the front of this vehicle was damaged in some way, because the front end had been repainted. This was not obvious unless you look in places you wouldn't look in a dealers lot. Don't ever trust a salesman's word or a CarFax report. Have the vehicle checked out by your own mechanic. It is yet to be determined if this dealer new about this damage or was just fooled by the previous owner. This dealer also didn't provide free delivery 60 miles away, nor did they wear masks, unless a customer demanded it. My salesman and the closer probably deserve four stars, they were good. My complaint is not with them. More
