Drove all the way from Baltimore City to Annapolis Hyundai to purchase a new car and did not regret it one bit. We were running late to our scheduled time but they were very understanding. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Charles who made us feel very comfortable and confident in going through the whole process. He kindly explained each step and kept things fully transparent leaving no questions unanswered. We also worked with the sales manager Kevin who checked in with us, making sure that everything else that needed get approved was going on simultaneously making the process way more quick and efficient. Charles showed me the car and showed me each and every button and its functions which was very informative. Once we got done with that portion, we sat with Joe to go over all of the paperwork and financing. Again, he made it as painless as possible and was a pleasure to work with. A+ customer service from the moment we walked into the door to the moment we left in my new Hyundai Tucson! More
