It was a breeze to discuss all of the details of the transaction via phone and email, and arrange the transfer of the vehicle from another dealer. The car arrived on time, as promised, and Charles helped to expedite the process by gathering as much information ahead of time. At arrival, we were greeted by friendly associates everywhere we turned. We were in and out in less than an hour - Charles explained every document, ensuring my understanding before signing. Kenny is efficient, detailed and handled the financial transaction with no pressure for add-ons. And even though we only spoke briefly on the phone, Shawn made a point of introducing himself, and thanking me for the business.
