His diligence in first negotiating the price with his superior and then providing me in a matter of weeks with my car was outstanding. I recommande any one that want to purchase a car at Mossy Toyota to ask for Charles Owen I am sure you will not be disappointed….I truly hated in that all process dealing with différents car dealers that were not true to the price of the véhicule and his quality. So Charles made me think that you can trust a dealership again and hopefully I can have the service maintenance experience be as good as my purchase experience… More
