My Service rep (Charles Perkins) was extremely helpful in not only getting the problem w The problem with my car was handled in a very prompt manner. My Service rep (Charles Perkins) was extremely helpful in not only getting the problem with my car handled in an expeditious manner, but he was also very helpful in getting me a ride to the service center to pick up my car since I had to have it towed in for repair. [I was very stressed as to what was going on with my car as well as trying to determine how I was going to get there to pick up my car since everyone I knew was already at work.) He also promptly followed up with status updates while my car was being serviced. I was extremely pleased to learn from Mr. Perkins that my car battery was still within its warranty--by one day, which I did not know! I highly value honesty! More
