[I was very stressed as to what was going on with my car as well as trying to determine how I was going to get there to pick up my car since everyone I knew was already at work.) He also promptly followed up with status updates while my car was being serviced. I was extremely pleased to learn from Mr. Perkins that my car battery was still within its warranty--by one day, which I did not know! I highly value honesty! More
