Charles Ramasir was helpful during this trying time with not having our vehicle for a good 3 months or so due to transmission issues. Thankfully, the dealership provided a rental for the duration of the ca not having our vehicle for a good 3 months or so due to transmission issues. Thankfully, the dealership provided a rental for the duration of the car repair which took a very long time due to parts on order plus additional repairs when issue resurfaced. It's been a few weeks now and the car seems to be functioning back to normal. This all occurred while placing our home on the market so that adds to the stress. Charles kept us notified of timeline and any delays. Always courteous. The rental location the dealership uses also could not have been nicer. They were very accommodating and it's clear why the dealership uses them. More
