I’ve had such a great experience at the Mercedes Benz in Natick. Working with Charles made it really easy and smooth to build my dream car. He also made me feel at ease most when he spoke of how safe a Mercedes is and always answered any questions I had in a prompt manner. Once my car came in, I met Jonny who is pretty much the doctor of Mercedes-Benz, and knows the car in and out. He taught me not only how to use all the neat features that came with the car, but he fully displayed how safe, reliable, and fun the GLC is. He took the time to show me EVERY little detail about the car and exercised great patience as I took it all in. Everyone’s attitude at this location is really top tier and I would recommend them to anyone! 10 out of 10 service! Thank you Charles and Jonny ! More

He was totally available and helpful throughout the process, even on his days off.
