Charles is the best! He spoke to me like I was a real person and not just some person he wanted to sell a car to. After purchasing a car with a trade in the trade in car has not been paid off by the dealership and it has been over 4 weeks. We’ve purchased 2 Mazdas over the past 5 years both times thru Charles. There is a reason we purchased thru him twice. He’s a straight shooter who makes you feel comfortable and you don’t feel taken advanta thru Charles. There is a reason we purchased thru him twice. Horrible experience. Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, I was told they can’t do anything about it, that I should go online and change it myself. When I insisted they fix it, I was left unattended for a long period of time. No one took responsibility for the mistake. They’re all acting unbothered. More

As you heard of the chip shortage and low inventory going on right now. Helping you out with pricing isn't negotiable. Making a car purchase is a big decision. I the store a few times already and was really looking to buy a new car from this dealership on the third trip here. Came in from a few weeks time frame and the priced financing went up. I am very disappointed of the time that I wasted here. More
