My car was in and out of that shop WAY too many times. Even after the recall was performed on my car to fix the coolant from leaking into the engine. I still have white smoke pouring out of the tailpipe and no one there could see it. My car was there for over 2.5 weeks and when I picked it up because I wasn't going to pay to have band aid fixes for subpar parts to fail again. I started my car and right away a plume of smoke came out. So many strikes from this shop. Oil drain plug after every visit was tightened to the point I was unable to remove it myself even with an impact wrench. I had several other people try to remove it as well. I took my truck in on Tuesday morning and ask him to get it back to me by Friday and he said he would he never called me Friday and I had to fight Saturday to get my truck back.
