Charles Onuoha was amazing. I did not come to buy a car on the day I visited the dealership but Charles was so knowledgeable about the process that he changed my mind as he walk I did not come to buy a car on the day I visited the dealership but Charles was so knowledgeable about the process that he changed my mind as he walked me through the process. He never pressed me but was patient and took my concerns to heart. Basically he worked with me and my budget. I felt good about my finally decision to purchase a HRV. Before my visit to Paragon, I purchased a HRV from of Honda Valley Stream. The process with them was nothing like Paragon Honda. I got sold a car that was over priced by thousands of dollars and it had several problem that they were unwilling to fix. I traded the car in at Paragon and got a preowned one from Paragon. Charles is definitely an asset to Paragon and the organization. I also interacted with Caleb in the financial department and he explained the paperwork aspect of my purchase in terms that I understood very well. I am glad that Charles changed my perspective about purchasing a Honda. I was ready to purchase a Chrysler. All credit for my HRV purchase go to Charles Onuoha. Thanks for a wonderful experience Paragon Honda. More
