I was told over the phone it will only take 1 hour but it was like 6 hours that I was there. Who ever told scheduled me for that day should get proper training. Overall Charles was very nice making my dad an was like 6 hours that I was there. Who ever told scheduled me for that day should get proper training. My daughter had her heart set on a car, we we're ready to finance this vehicle and go 4 hours to get it and then was told by our salesman he couldn't find it and when he did he was in shock that it was liste finance this vehicle and go 4 hours to get it and then was told by our salesman he couldn't find it and when he did he was in shock that it was listed because it was being sent to the auction due to they just noticed rodent wire damage. She was heartbroken and they allowed the salesman to sell this car! More

Charles was excellent with communication and helped direct me to the perfect car for me. I originally wanted a different car but it sold the day before I got to the lot.
