I had a recall that needed fixed. Charles (Charlie)Turjillo was the best!! He set me up to drop it off so they could see if I needed the recall part or not. I did so he had to orde Charles (Charlie)Turjillo was the best!! He set me up to drop it off so they could see if I needed the recall part or not. I did so he had to order the part. He brought my car to me at the office and said he would call me when the part came in. He did just that, came and picked up my car and then brought it back to me in a few hours. He is very helpful and has a great personality to boot! If I ever need service again, I will be requesting him to be my Service Advisor! Great job, Charlie!! More
