A No B.S. car dealership I have been leasing with Krystal now BICAL since 1996. Charlie Albaneese has been an amazing person to deal with. He doesn’t treat you like a number. I have been leasing with Krystal now BICAL since 1996. Charlie Albaneese has been an amazing person to deal with. He doesn’t treat you like a number. He treats you like family. He will never promise you what he can’t give you. He is so honest and will tell you if he can help you or not. He goes above and beyond to make you comfortable with your deal and will never put the used salesman hat on ever. I also want to point out an individual that probably gets no love because he is behind the scenes. Mr. Wrenroy Smith he is in charge of the finance department. He also is an amazing person. He makes you feel like you are part of the family and he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He also doesn’t wear the used salesman hat. Both of these gentlemen that I mentioned is why I’ve been leasing with Krystal (Bical) since 1996. People are quick to write bad reviews and no one takes the time to praise the people that are the heart beat of this company. If you ever want any help and are afraid to walk into a dealership go see Charlie and Wrenroy they will change your mind immediately and you will never ever go to another dealership. You can take that to the bank. I just want to mention one more person in the service department. Her name is Marilyn Garcia. I had the pleasure of speaking with her a while back when I had an issue. She went above and beyond to try and help me and rectify my situation. She was so professional. More
