Easy Car Leasing! Charlie Albanese was so great to work with. He really did all he could to get me the best deal on a new lease. Their new showroom is amazing too! CHARLIE ALBANESE IS THE OFFICIAL STRESSFREE SALES/LEASE GURU Day 1 Called & Spoke to Charlie . Told him what I wanted. Day 2 Charlie called me. Told me he could deliver what I wanted. No stress / No BS !! Day 1 Called & Spoke to Charlie . Told him what I wanted. Day 2 Charlie called me. Told me he could deliver what I wanted. No stress / No BS !!!! Charlie delivered !!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Charlie must have written the book on SIGN N DRIVE ......LOL He handled every single detail of our lease. Everything was DONE and ready to go when we got there !!!! My only complaint to Phil or Rob (Kristal managers) is Charlie shouldn't have to run around, look for keys to allow a customer to do a test drive, move cars or cars prep cars for delivery !!!! You should get someone else on the floor to handle those time consuming rear end deal sealers. It took away a lot of time from Charlie and the line of customers waiting to see him (the best ). Most dealerships have a dept to do just that. I saw a lot of other young sales guys just sitting around shooting the breeze.... Likewise if Charlie doesn't have to do these last minute deal wraps he and his customers will have more time and get out the door quicker and Kristal will make more money :) See you in 3 years or less Charlie !!!!
