Charlie is the best! Charlie took care of my wife and myself in a very short time. We had a great experience with Charlie, when we turned in our leased 2015 Chevy Traverse Charlie took care of my wife and myself in a very short time. He has great knowledge of all cars on leasing etc. I have gone to different chevy dealers ( but I have to say this is his calling). he helped me purchase my 2nd lease Equinox. Im so please to have met with him, I will be definitely referring more customers to him. He let's you know up front doesn't cut corners, and doesn't stutter which made the purchase easier. Charlie helped us decide on a car ( and lease program) that we were comfortable with. He showed us several options without pressure. We noticed this type of atmosphere repeated with other customers and between the employees at the dealers. We shopped at other dealerships and felt categorized in several ways as soon as we walk in the lot and showroom (pressure to make a deal the same day and asking us to sign papers that would lock us into sale). We left that dealership right away and decided on working with Charlie at Bical and Kristal Automall. More
