I was completely impressed with the service at Clinton Honda. Even the location of the dealer is impressive since it is tucked away on a mountain which makes it quiet but still easy to get to and from. Honda. The sales rep who served us really listened to us and did not put any pressure on us, as most car salesmen do. He explained to us every option we had and what it would cost. Since I am a younger driver, he also sided with my mother on what the best option for me would be. Now that I have the car, I couldn't agree more! The financier who helped us also did a lot for us and got us a great deal on the car. Afterward, however, we ran into a problem with insurance. But nevertheless my sales rep helped me out only HOURS after the problem and really provided me with one on one assistance. I greatly appreciate the help I received from everyone at Clinton Honda. More

I was never pressured but made to feel comfortable from the moment I sat down with Charles till the moment I left. I was never pressured and I never felt like I was playing a game - "negotiating" was done right at his desk, I could see the computer screen throughout, and the process took no time. He was a pleasure to deal with and gave me a good honest deal. No hard sell from Charlie or the finance people. He has always been professional and very accommodating. I would recommend this dealership and Charlie to anyone looking for a new Honda or used car. We did have one interaction with the service department. On the used Accord the side mirror was loose and need to be replaced. My daughter brought the car in initially and they treated her well. I would take my car back there for service again. More
