I am grateful for the experience that I have each time I need service at Moritz Kia Alliance. First of all, I am always welcomed like family. They have friendly people there to make a great first impression. Secondly, they will inform you on price of a particular service that you are looking for. Lastly, they have a waiting room that is very clean. I have always had a pleasant experience and I know that I got the best possible outcome of any service rendered on my vehicle. They have integrity, reliability and experience that have my trust! I know that they have tremendous knowledge of the automotive industry from selling a car to performing an oil change. They discuss this knowledge with confidence especially on recommendations for future services. I appreciate that I am valued as a person. I have heard tons of horror stories about Dealerships being terrible. NOT HERE. The staff is always top tier. Our service experience since day 1 has been superb! I have delt with many dealerships over my being terrible. NOT HERE. The staff is always top tier. Our service experience since day 1 has been superb! I have delt with many dealerships over my years and I can 1000% say Moritz Kia of Alliance is hands down the best experience by FAR. Sales department is always friendly as well. I have spoken to the same salesman every time when inquiring about a new vehicle. I'm looking to get into an EV6 GT-line in the near future if my trade in value holds up. Ever since getting our Telluride, we have ALWAYS recommended this dealership when stopped by people asking about the Telluride. As long as this dealership remains as great as it is, I will be buying all my future vehicles from Moritz Kia of Alliance. Thank you again and hopefully ill be able to get my EV6 soon! More
