The Dealership service area for customers to wait is phenomenal. Never seen one like it, very impressive. The service department and personnel at Moritz KIA (Alliance) are very good. Although I did not buy my vehicle from this dealer, I have and will continue to have this location service the vehicle. Bad experience with Service Manager on Friday My family and I had a rotten experience with the Service Manager! He was rude,arrogant,and a bully ! Thank God for the Service Adviser Justice he was My family and I had a rotten experience with the Service Manager! He was rude,arrogant,and a bully ! Thank God for the Service Adviser Justice he was very Proffesional and when I left he followed me outside and assured me that he would make sure everything was taken care of and apoloized for his manager ! Thank you Justice I talked with Matt Ducote the General Manager of Moritz and even though we did not come to a solvable solution he was kind, honest, and a real gentleman. Thank You Matt. I would still recommend Moritz for all there services ! I would not recommend dealing with the Service Manager! More

Great experience! The staff and service were awesome. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, and my car was taken back for service just as quickly. I was offered complimentary snacks, and drinks and shown around the waiting area. The waiting area was very nice, and comfortable as well. They even washed my car twice, because they weren't pleased with the first wash. More

Customer for life! I have been a huge fan of this Moritz Kia location and their attention to customer service for a few years now. I leased my first car with them 3 year I have been a huge fan of this Moritz Kia location and their attention to customer service for a few years now. I leased my first car with them 3 years ago, absolutely loved it, and came back this week to trade it in for a new lease. Chris was so generous and helpful, took all of my needs into account, and was not pushy in any way. He helped me look into the options I was interested in, and didn't try to upsell me on features I didn't care about. Mike and Tony from the Finance team were absolutely wonderful, worked with me on budget, and gave me the best possible deal I could've asked for. Charlie in the Service Department is one of the few people I trust to work on my vehicles, and I know he will continue to take excellent care of me every time I come in. I am so excited to say that I will be a Moritz Kia Alliance customer for life! More
