I told my salesperson Charlie many times I most likely wanted to purchase the Jeep after lease. He didn’t listen. Financed with Ally instead of Jeep. Had to process financing a second time to get with Jee wanted to purchase the Jeep after lease. He didn’t listen. Financed with Ally instead of Jeep. Got with manager who is very helpful and he had financing reprocessed. Hassle! Platinum matched my sales quote on my previous Jeep. However, again Charlie lied! He said I would have a check in two weeks max. It literally took 6 weeks! Horrible! The year before I purchased a Jeep from Mark Jeep in Lake Charles and they were amazing. Take note from them! More
