Found a car I liked online, around 8pm on Saturday, emailed and got a text message from V within a few minutes. When we arrived on Monday to look at the car, it was already waiting near the front. In a matter of minutes, I was test driving it. V handed the keys over and said “see ya in a bit!” We decided this was my new car and went inside to move on to the next steps. I figured it might take awhile But to my surprise, everything on their end was done in probably 45 mins or less! While we waited, we were all chatting, cracking jokes as if we had been friends forever. I couldn’t have wished for better experience buying a new car after a traumatic accident with my children which totaled my previous car. We felt heard on all of our concerns and everyone there made the experience utterly enjoyable. We are grateful to all the employees at Highline especially V and Charlie. Thank you guys so much! We will recommend anyone your way and will Back, whenever we need a new car! More
