My first contact with HighLine was by phone, I voiced my concerns and told Axel what I was interested in. The next day Axel reached out to me to confirm what day I would visit. The morning of my appointment my Axel contacted for my estimated arrival time. (I was late of course). However, upon my arrival the SUV was clean. Once the SUV stole my heart we began the paperwork. My trade-in was assessed and out of 3 different dealerships, HighLine offered me the most for my old love Infiniti. I went on the Acura website to view the recommended tire brand and to my surprise HighLine had the brand new Acura preferred tire brand on my new car. Axel was punctual and very informative about the process and setting expectations upfront. I appreciate the customer experience Axel provided. More
