Charlie McCale tried to take advantage of me twice. The first time he made the sale a lease. I never mentioned the word lease. I called both him and Mike the finance guy. Neither one called me back. When I returned later on with my husband we just went to the finance person, Mike. He had to call Hyundai to cancel the transaction. When he wrote up the contract the amount of my trade in was off by $2000. My husband noticed the mistake and we told him about this, which he then corrected. My sales person, Basel, was great. when I didn’t hear from Charle or Mike, I called him and asked him to tell Charlie I didn’t want a lease. Basel was a terrific salesperson. I would recommend him to any one looking to buy a auto from Hyundai. Just be careful when dealing with Charlie or Mike especially if you are a woman. When I came back with my husband Charlie pretended not to know me. I didn’t care because I didn’t want to deal with him anymore More
