On May 9th our family vehicle was received by this dealership service department. The vehicle was evaluated and a invoice was created and given to us for over $ 4,100 dollars to repair. We declined to dealership service department. The vehicle was evaluated and a invoice was created and given to us for over $ 4,100 dollars to repair. We declined to repair the vehicle there and was charged 288 dollars. I asked the service Rep Kelly to ask the service Teck how this occurs in the vehicle when the car is full of sensors and didn't activate any. The list of items to replace and repair was long. I received A bad CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FROM Rep KELLY THE MANAGER AND THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP. We received a recommendation of another mechanic shop in New Smyrna beach. The vehicle was repaired at Stuarts car care center. The Cam Actuator was replaced Total Cost $351.45 we saved over $ 3700 dollars and our car runs great. If I can give a zero rating i would. This was a horrible experience. I will also file a complaint with Hyundai Corporate. Consumer beware. Again, we saved over $ 3,700 by not using the dealership service department a request was made to credit back that incompetent bogus diagnostic fee the answer was no. The repair elsewhere 351.45. We will never step foot in that dealership for anything. More

After going there solely to get air in the tires of my 2021 Santa Fe (paid off) with only 51,000 miles. It was a “gotcha” experience, with an all day badgering, and by the end of the day I drove off in 2021 Santa Fe (paid off) with only 51,000 miles. It was a “gotcha” experience, with an all day badgering, and by the end of the day I drove off in a 2026 Tucson with a 3 year lease. Soon after I drove off, it stalled only 5 miles away from the dealership. I immediately called them, and it turns out they sent me, a 76 year old senior, away in a car with an empty gas tank and no general instructions. I didn’t even know how to release the parking brake! Bottom line, I was coerced into this situation, and promptly asked for my 2021 Santa Fe returned to me. They said NO. I’m getting nowhere with them or Hyundai Consumer Affairs. If you are a senior woman like me, NEVER go near this business, especially without a spouse or knowledgeable male who can help you make the best decision possible. They aren’t understanding the seriousness of sending me away with NO GAS, and say it was merely “an oversight”. Thank God it didn’t stall out on I95 as I was driving home to St. Augustine. What an AWFUL day that was for me! More

Oil change car service is terrible, they dirty the steering wheel, they dirty the car mats, they didn't add any windshield washer fluid, the service office is a mess with documents, there is no inform steering wheel, they dirty the car mats, they didn't add any windshield washer fluid, the service office is a mess with documents, there is no information updated on the computers, no one knows anything, the employees refer customers to other employees. There is broken glass on the service square between parked cars, no one cares. My question is, why is an appointment made if you have to wait 4 hours to change the oil? Not a professional service, kindergarten level, I am curiously that menager reading this reviews, have a good night. More

Minimum time spent on paperwork, vehicle ready for test drive. she set up all the "bells and whistles" for me that saved me hours of reading the manuals. this is the 3rd Hyundai from this dealership which attests to their professionalism and integrity. Regina was so personable it was my great fortune to have her as my facilitator. An example of her dedication in satisfying me as a customer, is that she came in on her day off to work with us and purchasing this new vehicle. Also, Charlie McHale greeted me as a personal friend not just a customer. He also wished me a Happy Birthday, which I recently celebrated. He researched who was coming in which was a plus in making us feel welcome. My finance manager, Alex Muniz also deserves a kudo for his no nonsense preparation of our paperwork. All-in-all a very pleasant experience in purchasing an outstanding product. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends. Well done Daytona Hyundai for a complete team effort!! More
