Excellent in Every Way I have always been impressed by the superior customer service I have received by Daytona Hyundai after I purchased my Sonata Sport in 2015. They have always treated us so well and have gone out of their way to make things easier for my husband and me to keep up with service during his prolonged illness. He passed away in July, and I decided to trade in the Sonata for something else. I worked with Regina Nicotra as she was our sales person when we made our first Hyundai purchase in 2015. I have always dreaded the whole car buying process, but 2 days ago I traded up for a Tucson SEL and I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. Regina, as always, was on the ball with all the information I needed, made sound recommendations and walked me through every aspect of the process. I was able to negotiate a great trade price and the financing was a breeze. My monthly payments are much lower, and the Tucson SEL is amazing. I went with the Gemstone Red and it's gorgeous. I wish I could remember the names of all the wonderful people that assisted with getting me the kind of deal I wanted, every one of them took the time talk and listen to me and it meant a lot. This is the first major decision I've made since my husband's passing and Daytona Hyundai took great care to make sure I had all the information and options explained to me in a professional, compassionate and non-patronizing manner.
