I’m handicapped and had to struggle to walk inside to get a service advisor to help me. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 Denali Ultimate. After the service was completed a nice lady came to the waiting room to tell me that my vehicle was ready. The cashier handed me the keys and the service lady told me that my vehicle was parked out on the lot. Never offered to bring it under the portico for me, so I struggled my way across the lot to get it myself. I was also somewhat disappointed that I didn’t get an exterior wash either. My vehicle wasn’t that dirty, but a rinsing off would have been much appreciated. I own an Acura MDX and when I bring it in for service they always have it washed when I pick it up. Just a goodwill builder in my opinion. More
