Hello, My name is Charlie Piper. I have been with Miracle Ford for ten years now. I have lived in Sumner Co. for 37 years as well. I pride myself on excellent customer service to each and every person that I come in contact with. I also take the time to share the knowledge that I have learned about the vehicle's that I sell as well. I know the car buying experience is not always the best one. I make the entire buying experience fun and exciting one. From the beginning when I shake your hand, until I hand you the keys at the very end. I keep each one of my customers knowing what is going on every step of the way and take my time with a no pressure approach. Miracle Ford is one of the best car dealerships around. Told the salesman what another dealership was offering for our navigator as is said I wouldn’t take less obviously but liked their expedition more. I specified already had financing and would not have mor for our navigator as is said I wouldn’t take less obviously but liked their expedition more. I specified already had financing and would not have more than an hour and a half to get done. All was agreed upon. I sent all paperwork and a video of my vehicle and pics. I get there wait awhile for them to come to me and tell me they were not going to half of what was discussed. After that I asked for title. They sent another salesman to see me to help me out! Truly a bait and switch dealer! More

I had to give a 1 star rating just to write a review this dealership really is a zero in my opinion! Let me start my review. Aug 26th pulled in dealership to check out new cars my one and ONLY stipulation wa dealership really is a zero in my opinion! Let me start my review. Aug 26th pulled in dealership to check out new cars my one and ONLY stipulation was I wanted a sun roof. They had no cars in my price range for that to happen but told me to come back the next day they had a car wanted to me to look at so I did again that car did not have a sun roof then I was told they can put on in for me, Great I thought and I purchased the car got a call 9/3 needing pictures so they can put in sunroof, gave pictures requested and got “CRICKETS” for 3 weeks so I called and was informed can not find anyone to put in sunroof due to how my roof is made so will cut me a check for the difference. Well guess what 2 weeks later no check no return calls from anyone! This place sucks and I will be spreading the word so no one has to go through what I have in the past 2 months! More
