The time of sale I asked you have the hood repaired and battery placed. Tim said we can't do anything. We don't have any money for it. I said okay fine then a return my down payment and I'll move on. This is after about a week of trying to get things done. I then got an immediately response that you would take care of these things. Well my hood is still not repaired. They didn't give me a new battery. They gave me an old used battery but that I can live with that. They never ordered the engine which I asked them to do. I thought that's just normal. I'm waiting. I have to have the the keyless entry. Fix because I did not get the code when I bought the car. I'm also waiting for a manual since there was none with the car and I think if you look at it it's over a month now since I got the car. I think I got it the end of August. Excuse me the end of July and is now getting into the end of August. I have talked to Charlie about when I could get the hood in that done. He said that your company is looking into it. They think maybe it would fall under a warranty with Ford but it's not been a week and a half again and I have not heard from you. I just find this unacceptable. I know I only bought a used car but again this just is not the service I expected and certainly if I would have had the service the first time I would have not come back to your dealership. I'm not trying to be difficult. I just want the work done and sitting here and not getting that information. I find distressing thank you for your feedback
