I actually was in town for a meeting that day (I don't live locally) and the team worked around my schedule to make the purchase timely and convenient for me. Their entire team there met me with a firm handshake and were quite personable. I also found that they were very organized. Lastly, and importantly, I felt I was given fair trade-in for my vehicle and the purchase price on the pre-owned vehicle that I bought was fair as well. Overall, good experience. More

Excellent overall experience! We stopped to "try on" a new Jeep Wrangler, but it didn't work out as we had hoped. We discussed with Charlie Simmons what we were originally after f We stopped to "try on" a new Jeep Wrangler, but it didn't work out as we had hoped. We discussed with Charlie Simmons what we were originally after for a good part of this year...a new, regular cab, pick up with a short bed. What a surprise when Charlie directed us to a Dodge Ram 1500 that had a special rebate. He told us all about it, took his time in explaining the features, all the electronics, and the special rebates on the truck. After a test drive, we went in to talk more about the possible "sale". Everyone we dealt with, was courteous and knowledgeable. Needless to say, we drove home with a new vehicle, and are very happy with our purchase and the experience overall. More
