Mr. Smith did an outstanding job and therefore when I needed to get a new lease in Feb 2014, I immediately contacted Charlie. Charlie made my entire 2nd leasing experience even better than my 1st lease. He is truly a very genuine and kind person. I feel he went above and beyond to help me in my leasing purchase. I also worked with Heather Champion for my financing. Heather was very personable and made the finances of the deal extremely comfortable and easy to understand.
