Charlie has been with RBM of Atlanta for 24 years and Mercedes-Benz for 41 years. He is Mercedes-Benz Master Certified in Sales. Charlie lives in Roswell and is the proud grandfather to two grandchildren. He enjoys target shooting, fishing, and bowling in his spare time. Charlie is actively involved with the Diabetes Association for children.

Further, I can be quite critical of service that isn't as it should be. Charlie Vaccaro is a rare breed indeed. First and foremost, he's human and wants to get to know the people in front of him. He's genuinely interested in your story, and not just to build rapport and advance the sale. He wants to get to "know you." Once he does, you feel like you have a friend taking care of you, and you trust him to do just that. Our experience in picking out our first MB convertible late last year was fantastic! He has always treated my wife and her questions with great respect. Fun to work with. Don McKay has been my service advisor since my first Mercedes, and I would never want to change. He has always made my service experience first class. All of my experiences have been for routine service (preventive maintenance) and Don has made the contacts back to me to discuss the work to be done to keep my vehicle in like new condition.
