Charlie has been with RBM of Atlanta for 24 years and Mercedes-Benz for 41 years. He is Mercedes-Benz Master Certified in Sales. Charlie lives in Roswell and is the proud grandfather to two grandchildren. He enjoys target shooting, fishing, and bowling in his spare time. Charlie is actively involved with the Diabetes Association for children.

This is the second time we've worked with Charlie, and again, it was a very professional and friendly experience. I have purchased several cars from RBM, mostly from the same sales person,Charlie Vaccaro. On this last visit I walked in to the show room and he was on the floor. He called me by my name and asked how I w same sales person,Charlie Vaccaro. On this last visit I walked in to the show room and he was on the floor. He called me by my name and asked how I was doing. After telling him I was interested in a new car, we went into the office to see what was available. After determing that there was one one car model on the lot that I liked, but it was the wrong color, he spent considerable time on the computor looking for what I wanted. It took a while until he found the right car with the right color, interior, and equipment. I believe it was Tuesday or Wednesday and he thought the car would come in with-in a few days. He called me on the following Monday, said the car was in, and they'd have it ready for me by 12-1 o'clock. When I arrived, the car was ready and all I had to do was fill out the paper work. Even though my insurance company gave him a hard time transfering the insurance, he was patient, worked with them and got it done. I signed all the papers with(I believe it was Mr Kane)the finance dept. Mr Kane was equally nice, moved everything quickly, explained all my questions, what each piece of paper was for, and all the cost options of leasing the car. Before I drove off, Mr Vaccaro went through the cars features with me, and even called in one of his associates to help set up my cell phone to the car's system. A few days later I came back to ask a question on how something worked, and Charlie came out to the car and showed me. It's dealers and people like Mr Vaccaro and MR Kane who make it a pleasure to purchase a car, and make you feel like you are important to them. On the service side they are very attentive, thorough and responsive. When a repair or service is necessary, I have every confidence it is completed to their best standards. I pondered over wether to buy a Mercedes E350, I have been deployed with the government for over 4 yrs. I told myself that I wanted a car that would last and comes form a strong industry that does not cu been deployed with the government for over 4 yrs. I told myself that I wanted a car that would last and comes form a strong industry that does not cut corners when the economy is bad. I went to RBM after months of having the E350 on my screen saver. I knew it was the car for me but I wanted to ensure it was the right fit for my life and what kind of attention this dealership would provide me. I was browsing the selection that the dealership had and I was put off that they did not have the color I wanted. Before I left to rethink my choices I spoke with Charlie who gave me information I may need to bring me to my decision; I told him I was not ready to buy because I was not settled in Atlanta just yet. I ensured him I did need a car because the rental was really getting expensive. He was so nice and printed off some information on the E350 for me to review. After almost two months I came back, I had compared the Mercedes E350 to the M class Infiniti, Acura TL, and the BMW 5&7 series and none of them meet my needs and I was not feeling the Love of the Mercedes. The quality in craftsmanship was not there also none of those guys came out to the lot to see if I needed anything, I had to go get them to ask questions. I did not like that at all. When I finally did go back to the RBM dealership I meet with Charlie for many hours, I put him through the (Ringer). We did test drives, on the SUV's compared prices, He looked online to see if the color I wanted. He just went all out and was patient with me because he knew for me this was a big deal and he understood that. There was no pressure and that was very important to me because I didn't want to feel as if i was being strong armed into any decisions. I have to mention that it was so Hot outside and I switched heals to flaps to really give him the walk of the lot. I believe Charlie may have lost some inches around the waist in his efforts to sell me an investment. I am very happy with my Brand new Baby (2011-E350W) He will last for a long while. Being a mercedes benz owner was a childhood dream of mine that stayed with me even after I became a teenager and learned of the financial commitment needed to make this dream come true. In keeping with my gosls that I sat out to achieve, I couldn't purchase a benz until I completed my college degree, purchased my home and was earning a certain salary. While working on these goals, I would periodically stop by RBM of Atlanta and look at the vehicles on the lot. The majority of the time, the salemen would just let me look without engaging in a conversation. One Saturday morning, I drove onto the lot in my 1980 Toyota Corona (with an oil leak), and within minutes of looking at the first car, I hear Charlie's warm greeting and see his smiling face. I immediately tried to get rid of him by saying, "I'm just looking", but he surprised me by asking if I had ever driven a mercedes before. I said,"no, I just come up every 90 days and look at the cars. In minutes, Charlie had me in a car and we were riding down Roswell Road. I told him that wasn't financially ready, but would one day be a mercedes owner. His reply surprised me. He said, "I know you will. Feel free to come up and drive a car any time." So, I took him up on it and he was always there, with a smile, eager to assist me. After about a year of quarterly test drives, Charlie called and said he thought he could put me in a pre-owned vehicle that I could afford and asked me to come in. I reluctently showed up that Saturday and five hours later, I pulled off the lot in my first mercedes. I will never forget that day; the day Charlie made one of my dreams come true. More

Their dedication to customer service is unbelieveable. Last week we bought a pre-owned 2008 S 550. Steve Rosenthal and Charlie Vaccaro made certain that I got the car I wanted...color, features... everything. Their efforts and levels of professionalism went beyond the norm. They explained all of the car details to me and even made sure that my phone was ready to go - hands free. I am extremely grateful to these two gentlemen. They deserve the highest accolades. They were always available, answered phone calls promptly, and always asked what else they could do to help us. It just does not get any better than this. Bringing our cars in for service is a pleasure. Without hesitation, if I have a question or a need for service, I call Curt Cunningham, our service advisor, or the Service Department and am treated like royalty. I am so impressed. This was the first time I've approached RBM for a new car in 12 years. Twelve years ago I went with another MB dealer because of a very unsatisfactory experience with an RBM salesman. Turned out I kept my in 12 years. Twelve years ago I went with another MB dealer because of a very unsatisfactory experience with an RBM salesman. Turned out I kept my '99 CLK320 all that time and finally decided to replace it with an E350 Coupe. Charlie took me on a test drive, treated me in a very professional and friendly manner, and let me know about the current incentive programs. I had originally thought I might wait for the 2012's, but RBM had the exact car I wanted at an excellent price. In addition, Charlie worked with me to reach a fair trade-in value on my old car. So the RBM Sales Dept is now back on my "Recommend List"! -- thanks to Charlie! More
