At first I wasn't sure about trading my 2018 Colorado for a full size Silverado. It sure was a great decision. Sarah Kirk and Michael VanDyke were able to make a miracle. Back in 2018, I purchased a vehicle from Brown-Daub Kia thinking they were a reputable and as is turns out, they were not. I stayed in conta miracle. Back in 2018, I purchased a vehicle from Brown-Daub Kia thinking they were a reputable and as is turns out, they were not. I stayed in contact over the years with Sarah, my Salesperson at the time, and she made every effort to help me try to undo that mess BD got me into. Recently, she connected me with Mike. He understood the goal, and made it a point to value my time and took that further today when myself and my wife came to proceed with our purchase. Not only did we get into a much more reliable vehicle, but we managed to stay what I call "very close" to the payment we were making for our crap car. Between he and Sarah and their team, they made it happen. My wife and I didn't think it was going to work at all, but it did, and even she is ok with how this went (happy wife, happy life). We're now the proud owners of a 2014 Toyota Camry, a car I think the whole world knows can be trusted with a family within. I do like Chevy, but kinda wanted to steer clear given the debacle with my Cruze (no fault to Raceway of course!). I just want to say thank you again to both of you and your team and we will definitely return when we're ready for our next purchase! More

Top notch experience from start to finish. Inquired about a vehicle on Sunday afternoon and I was driving it home on Tuesday. I wanted to write a review about the back end of the car buying experience at Raceway Chevy. There were several people at Raceway Chevy whom made a potentially stressful time quite friendly and educational. buying experience at Raceway Chevy. After the wheeling and dealing of the car picking and was completed, we met with the business manager, Andrea. She is welcoming, kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. She took the time with my daughter and my partner and meticulously explained the add ons, gap coverage, warranties and the such. We had been dealing with a new sales associate (who was great) and Andrea supplemented that experience with her wisdom. Next we met, by chance, Gena F. and what a fortuitous meeting! Gena is another business manager who took the time to further answer my own (tedious and plentiful) questions about credit, financing, and the such. Aside of that, I should mention that Gena is super friendly, funny, and knowledgeable so not only did I learn a lot from both of these powerhouse women, I felt comfortable, as if surrounded by old friends. In a field where gentlemen are sometimes over represented, these amazing women really shone through. Lastly, I would like to mention that, Mr. Charlie W. whom is one of the mangers frequently took the time to talk to us, remembered us when we came back in, and made sure our Chevy Rewards and OnStar was set up. He would stop what he was doing, and he made us feel very welcomed and important. Overwhelmingly, our experience was positive and even moreso, because of the people mentioned here. We were made to feel comfortable and as important as the high rollers who buy those beautiful Corvettes in the showroom. If you are one who is intimidated by the car buying process, I feel comfortable saying there is no need to fret at Raceway Chevy. Thank you Andrea, Gena, and Charles for going above and beyond. More

Overall the customer service was amazing. The few people that I worked with were personable, genuine, not overbearing or pushy, and very knowledgeable. The salesman Saleem assisted my daughter with her very first car purchase and made the experience very smooth and positive. Saleem didn't treat my daughter like a gullible teenager which we all appreciated. The following day when we went to complete paperwork for our daughter i unexpectedly decided to look at an SUV for myself. I specifically asked for Saleem because of how he treated our daughter and his amazing customer service. Later I found out it was actually his day off and he only came in to finish paperwork with my daughter. He didn't mention it until I apologised for the sudden impulse on the new car. The business and finance manager Gena and Andrea were beyond amazing with our family as well as sales manager Charles. Overall great place to go. Highly recommended! More
