Thank you for taking the time to review my information and learn a little about me. Landmark Ford Lincoln is the only place I have ever worked in the car business because I was a customer before I was an employee. The way they treated me as a customer impressed me so much that when I found myself looking at a career change they were an easy choice to decide on. Almost 9 years later I am still here and loving what I do every day. I am able to help people find a vehicle that meets there needs whether they be financial, familial or work related. Landmark Ford Lincoln gives me the power to help facilitate my customers in finding what works best for them rather then what works best for the dealer. With transparency and an honest and forthright sales process both I and my customers feel good after working together. Both Kari and Charlie were amazingly respectful of my decision; for this reason when it was time to buy I looked them up. They far surpassed my expectations and have remained patient and helpful with my questions. Upgrading from a 2003 Escape to a 2017 MKC is a big jump in technology. More

From the initial order to the vehicle orientation session my experience with Landmark Ford Lincoln was great. I had the pleasure of working with Kari Locke (Finance), Darrin Nash (Sales) and Charlie Wilson (Sales) on this transaction and each of them represented the dealership with professionalism and integrity. Kari was extremely helpful and very personable with finalizing all the leasing paperwork and helped me lock down an amazing deal. Darrin was well versed on everything Lincoln and helped take the initial order and coordinate all the details behind the delivery. Charlie then stepped in last minute to help with a few obligations on behalf of the dealership to make handing over the keys an exceptional experience. Together these folks are part of the Landmark Ford Lincoln dream team. Best Ever! I have never had such a fun, no pressure, rewarding car shopping and buying experience! I went to a few dealerships and was so turned off by the sales staff that I didn’t even consider the vehicle. Charlie was the exact opposite. Low key, funny, and someone who I truly believe has the best interests of their clients at heart. He was extremey knowledgeable about multiple Ford products and really listened to our needs. Awesome zero pressure process. I had the privilege of working with Charlie on my recent lease for a Ford Explorer Sport. I arrived just before closing but that didn't seem to matter I had the privilege of working with Charlie on my recent lease for a Ford Explorer Sport. I arrived just before closing but that didn't seem to matter. Charlie walked me through my options and worked with me to find the best fit for my needs. He treated me like an old friend and it really made the process top notch.
