We could have gone back to the Illinois KIA or any other, but he made us feel like the no pressure approach was where we wanted to bring our business. We knew we needed to trade in but we didn’t need to go here, we wanted to. He is a great communicator, meets you where you’re at and doesn’t butter you up then change when he doesn’t like what you have to say or try To negotiate. Even keeled and chill! Seth and the rest of the sales group were helpful in helping me find a car. But, I almost left without a purchase when dealing with the finance settlement. In the finance department with Charlie, the helping me find a car. But, I almost left without a purchase when dealing with the finance settlement. In the finance department with Charlie, there was the typical upselling and high interest rate, annoying but expected. Luckily I had financing already approved and knew my rate ahead of time. Where i really had an issue were the extra, sneaky charges I had to find on my own. Things like an undiscussed package of oil changes and very expensive GAP insurance. Where i almost walked out the door though, was a $999 charge that was never explained. When requested these charges were removed, but definitely left me questioning how much I could trust the company I was working with! All together, these would add thousands to the purchase cost with little benefit. More
