Wayne Clure was friendly and told me my approximate wait time. He also escorted me to the waiting area. The gal at the desk when I paid was very friendly. There’s rarely someone at the front desk when I arrive, and I have to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to ask if I’ve been helped. Then it’s back to the representative’s desk, where they don’t know my n and I have to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to ask if I’ve been helped. Then it’s back to the representative’s desk, where they don’t know my name or have a clear idea of why I’m in or the history of my vehicle, because the representative has either quit or been fired since the last time I was in a few months ago and they haven’t looked at my file prior to the appointment. After that I have a few hours before I invariably get the call that the issue is more complicated than they initially thought, and they’ll need my car for at least a few days. Then I get a few days until the second call, where the issue has become even more complex and they’ll need it over the weekend. After that I get to pick the car up, and then I have 3-4 hours of bliss thinking I won’t have to come back before I notice that the issue is still happening. I call, they place an order for another part, and in 4-6 months the process repeats. If I ever buy another Chevy, especially from this dealership, know that there was a gun to my head. More
