Chase was friendly. Unfortunately that is the only nice thing I have to say about Zeck Ford. I spent almost 45 minutes waiting for them to even start the paperwork and then they sent me home with so little thing I have to say about Zeck Ford. I spent almost 45 minutes waiting for them to even start the paperwork and then they sent me home with so little gas that the warning light came on before I even got a mile. They did give me 5 gallons after I complained. They neglected to tell me it was a Texas Title so now I have to spend two more hours to get the car inspected and pay $25. They will reimburse me so that is more time spent going back to Zeck Ford. Not to mention how many emails and texts I got asking for a review. They probably would have been better off without the review. More
