Chase was experience, knowledgeable, patient , I purchased a 2016 QX70 from Royal Auto and it was the absolute best car buying experience I ever had. Chase was experience, knowledgeable, patient , understanding and professional. He was always reachable and quickly solved all problems if any and put me at total ease and I felt that I could trust him even though I never met him. I've had the vehicle for 3 weeks or more now and couldn't be more satisfied. After my horrible experience with Carvana because of a vehicle, also a qx70 that looked good on the outside but serious engine problems and cost of 3 weeks buying time loss , I was very disappointed to see that they tried selling it to 3 other additional customers. I know because of the vin#jn8cs1mu0em451928 that keeps reappearing on their website after the little sticker that indicates " vehicle sold " . Ithis is so wrong on so many levels because I sent them a copy of the diagnostic that I had the INFINITI dealer perform and they know of the problems . I hope all will be aware. I will surely communicate with others. Anyway, I'm very happy with my purchase from Royal Automotive.
