Crooks! !! Tried to strong arm my 22yr into buying a more expensive car and use their financing even though we had financing with our credit union. After havi !! After having the car for 4 days (3days pass the return the car period if not satisfied) they asked for $1600 instead of removing the inflated pre delivery fee. Still don’t know what this fee is for bc the car had a roach and lots of dog hair!!! When told no additional pymnt will be made we were told to bring the car back. The only reason I pd the $1600 was because my daughter wanted to keep the car. Their intended response I’m sure. Jon the steroid buff Manager with the is THE WORST and only cares about making money not providing a good value or service. He literally told us he would not lower the add on fees bc he was losing $5k on the 2021 Elantra and would rather have the car back and take his chances on selling it. The last week of the year when new inventory is coming and the old needs to be gone. I’m getting a Honda but I will travel 300miles before using Brandon Honda. More

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. My sales representative seemed constantly preoccupied, forcing me to repeat the same questions over and over again. Important details disappointing. My sales representative seemed constantly preoccupied, forcing me to repeat the same questions over and over again. Important details were missed repeatedly, making the entire process frustrating and exhausting. Although he claimed to have worked at the dealership for three years, the level of service I received felt like it was coming from someone who had only been on the job for a few days. I had to ask for management more than once, including again this evening, simply to get basic follow-through. To make matters worse, I was scheduled for a service appointment and then told I had to reschedule because my salesperson was not working that day. I cannot understand why a salesperson would need to be present for the installation of a promised replacement part. This lack of coordination and accountability is unacceptable. I was also pressured into paying nearly $2,000 for a paint protection package on a used vehicle, which felt unnecessary and overpriced. It left me with the impression that the focus was more on squeezing additional profit out of the sale than on providing honest, customer-focused service. This entire experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. As it stands, I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Chase had an attitude and was not knowledgeable about the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We asked a few questions that he did not have a clue about. Chase even forgot to give us the keys at the end. MEDHI w vehicle we ended up purchasing. We asked a few questions that he did not have a clue about. Chase even forgot to give us the keys at the end. MEDHI was amazing and so was the gentleman that helped us with the financing paperwork. We love the vehicle we purchased, we already knew what we wanted prior to going. We did not have a good experience with Chase. He needs more interpersonal skills training. More
