Very friendly and did the work quickly. Their customer Lounge was just a hallway with a few chairs. They did have a few snacks and coffee and water. It certainly d and did the work quickly. Their customer Lounge was just a hallway with a few chairs. They did have a few snacks and coffee and water. It certainly didn't make me feel valued as a customer. They need to do a better job of finding a nicer place for their customers to wait. It has been this way for many years and they have not addressed the issue. Young blood is a huge car dealer in Springfield. They certainly have enough money to do better by their customers. I have to admit I felt like a second class car owner based on this hallway lounge. More

I found the tires I am looking for for a very fair price, and am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this dealership. More

A perfect 10 service experience I appreciate how Chase always goes over my vehicle inspection report after completion of all services, even on oil changes and tire rotations. Perfect experience! I went there to look at cars the night before I bought it. They were completely understanding that I wanted to go home and look into them more. There was absolutely no pressure to buy one at all. Chris was amazing! He answered all my questions, made sure the car had everything I wanted, and helped me make sure I knew everything before I drove away. He worked with me to get my payments where I needed them. Steve also worked with my lender to get the lower interest rate! It was such an easy process! I would definitely recommend to go visit these guys! More
