Chase Wright in Finance was also great. The CONS of the dealership: -When I searched inventory online and went in that afternoon, they did not have near what was listed online. The car I wanted was not even there. In the end, I did not get the color I wanted because I didn't want to wait for it to come in stock. I really only had 2 car choices (one of which didn't have the features I wanted) while online I saw at least 5. -I haven't had service, but I did go in for a wash and had them put on my plates. IMO, the department is not near the experience I had with Mercedes Plano. I can't speak for the mechanics, just the whole being 'greeted and treated' at Mercedes was better. I actually enjoyed getting service at Mercedes. -Speaking of plates. I never got a call that they were in. I called after about a month and the front desk said yes, they had them. When I went to get them, I noticed on the envelope a note that I was to have been called about 2 weeks prior. Nope, never got a message. Overall, I recommend, but not 5 stars. More

My first visit on February 18th was initially disappointing because the 2016 A3 I was interested in was being negotiated for by another couple just as I showed up. I also wasn't being helped by anybody. As I was walking away John greeted me and offered assistance. Despite the pending sale of the car I had come to see,, John nevertheless arranged for me to test drive the car and see if a deal could be made. It didn't work out for me, but John explained some other options that I said I'd like to think about. He was gracious with no high pressure. Consequently, I returned on February 28th and John spent a good part of the day letting me test drive an A4 and A3 and negotiating a deal on the A3. Chase Wright assisted with the finance portion, and explained all of the options. Admittedly this is the least favorite part of car buying for me, as I believe the deal is done, but dealerships always want to persuade the buyer to spend more money. I didn't necessarily feel undue pressure from Chase, however, which I appreciated. Overall I was pleased with my experience at Dallas Audi and appreciated everybody's professionalism and attention as I made my first Audi purchase. More
