Avoid Audi Dallas if you value honesty. I was misled, sold a third party Sonsio policy, which used Sonsio OEM and could only be performed at a Sonsio location. I gave Audi Dallas management a clear date to contact me to try to salvage our relationship yet received no call nor acknowledgement of my e-mail. I am extremely disappointed about the total lack of customer service and professional accountability. More
