She allowed me time to think it over without making me feel rushed or pressured. The entire team made me feel as they all wanted to help and the purchase was smooth and fast. I ended up coming in on an unplanned day and Markeyce was able to help me as I showed up on Kendal off day. He made sure the manager knew I had been working with Kendal but ensured me they would get me taken care of and in the vehicle I wanted. The buying process was smooth as they didn’t waste my time low balling me on my trade and gave me fair numbers up front and we were able to move forward and purchase the vehicle. Was thoroughly impressed with how quickly a deal was made. The sales person didn't make 20 trips back and forth. They ran out credit, told us the amount of what the bank would finance.
