The Pinnacle of Dealers Stopped by to look at a 2019 GMC Sierra AT4, walked in the door and I was driving within 15 minutes. Che Bess took care of me on the floor, answered all the questions I had, showed me some new features that I was unaware of and let me drive whatever I wanted. He then proceeded to hammer out a great deal with Corey Owens to get me into the truck of my dreams!!! Everyone around the sales floor was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. On top of amazing service, the builds Castle are putting together for their lot are loaded with OPTIONS!!! You want to see a truck with this, that, or the other, they probably have it. Rudy Escharneo is the man you'll want to thank for building the truck you drive off their lot, he's good! THANK YOU RUDY!!! Initial review excellent, upon closer review, not as good. Requested service great. "Volunteer" service not good. Discovered (on Interstate) 3 days after service that all 4 tires are underinflated. 3 were not Requested service great. "Volunteer" service not good. Discovered (on Interstate) 3 days after service that all 4 tires are underinflated. 3 were not under inflated when vehicle brought in. Have a few #'s air extra in winter, so when weather gets colder, tires still inflated properly. Car brought from warm shop to cold outside, inflation probably OK in warm shop. Buick monthly maint review shows a few #'s extra air OK. More

THESE xxxxxxxx AT THIS DEALERSHIP ARE REAL PIECES OF xxxx ! I TOOK MY CAR THERE TO THIS DEALERSHIP CAUSE IT WAS RUNNING HOT. THESE THIEVING xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx DID A MAJOR REPAIR ON THE WATER PUMP BUT WERE TOO I TOOK MY CAR THERE TO THIS DEALERSHIP CAUSE IT WAS RUNNING HOT. THESE THIEVING xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx DID A MAJOR REPAIR ON THE WATER PUMP BUT WERE TOO MOTHERxxxxING DUMB AND LAZY TO CHANGE A TEN DOLLAR THERMOSTAT. I PICKED THE CAR WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS READY. I DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT HOME AND THE CAR RAN HOT SO BACK TO THE DEALER I GO. THEY TAKE THE CAR AND CHECK IT OUT AND SAY MY THERMOSTAT WAS BAD. I SAY TO THEM YOU DID A MAJOR OVER HEATING REPAIR AN ALLEY MECHANIC WOULD HAVE CHANGED A TEN DOLLAR PART LIKE THAT. THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN IN ADDITION TO THE MONEY I JUST MOTHERxxxxING PAID TO PICK THE CAR UP WHEN THEY SAID IT WAS FINISHED. THESE PEOPLE AT THIS PLACE CASTLE BUICK GMC OF NORTH RIVERSIDE ARE HEARTLESS INCONSIDERATE PIECES OF xxxx!!!! I BOUGHT TWO NEW CARS FROM THESE xxxxxxx AND ALWAYS LET THEM DO MY REPAIRS AND THIS AND THIS AND THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT ME!
