The customer service that we experienced here was the worst. We had to locate the part ourselves that they needed for our car repair. We were told by their customer service manager Chelley it had been sp worst. We had to locate the part ourselves that they needed for our car repair. We were told by their customer service manager Chelley it had been special ordered but could be May before the vehicle would be ready. This was the first of Feb!!! We ourselves located the needed part in less than 30 minutes at a different dealership. Chelley then asked if we would pay the difference if the part cost them more and to have it shipped to them. At this point we brought Ford Corp Customer Care in to help us since this vehicle was still under the original warranty. After they received the part we were told as well as the Ford Customer Care representative that repair was being made and the vehicle would be ready by such and such date. The day would come and go but the vehicle still wouldn’t be ready. We had to escalate to finally get an answer from the GM Jason that they hadn’t even started the repair. It was 5 weeks of us escalating and Ford Corp escalating to get this repair finished. In my opinion simple basic customer service is needed…follow up, return calls and always tell the customer the truth. Not once did anyone from here apologize for this whole ordeal or their lack of customer service. More

Absolutely horrible customer service. Very attentive. Problems with electronics. They assigned the truck to a service advisor that has vast experience with electronics issues with Ford. Takes an hour at most for whole job. Can’t get a tire patch on because of humidity? Go to Florida and see if they have a problem. I have had literally hundreds of truck tires fixed in my 35 years of trucking as a director and vp. I can get peterbuilt drive tire fixed and back on in 45 minutes.. i can’t stand lies and that’s what this is all about. Bobby I have bought 2 from you and sent 4 others that bought also, there will be no more,, not your failure at all. You just have no backup after sale. Ask service how much longer and they say 30 minutes time after time. This is not first time for me for poor service or I would not go to trouble to write this and am quite sure it will be written off as not valid but hey at some point do your jobs or find another profession. there are plenty of other dealerships to take my business! Am sure you all are saying “good riddance “ have a good day watching all those in your waiting room, next time provide sleeping cots. More

No trust left On May 9th, I was told my battery was no good, it needed to be replaced, was told they had to jump start it twice. But what is interesting, is that m On May 9th, I was told my battery was no good, it needed to be replaced, was told they had to jump start it twice. But what is interesting, is that my truck is connected to a monitoring system that alerts me 24/7 of any issues. I can monitor my truck online from anywhere. And to this day (19 days later) it is showing my battery(and everything else under the hood) is in top condition and I am not having any issues starting my vehicle. To conclude: I think if they would have found that my voltage was low in my battery, the correct way to handle it should have been just that. But instead, they said my vehicle would not even start and battery IS NO GOOD. Now, unless the battery god's have been watching over me for the last few days and trying to save me a couple of hundred of dollars, I would have to say: LIE! I want to trust this company, but it's like any cheater, once you cheat, you're always a cheater. Post Script: I marked 'YES' on recommending, because this company needs to be honestly reviewed and rated by everyone. This is my experience not my opinion. This is actual facts, in which I have documentation of their claim and documentation of my claim. No one wants unnecessary expenses. More

Poor customer service. Serviced the transmission and when we got the car back, there was no heat. Took it back and was told this was pure coincidence. Also told it would cost another $2,000 to figure out the problem and fix it. Took the car back and was able to get heat partially working by clearing air out of radiator lines. No effort by the dealership to take any ownership of the situation or solve the problem, just looking to charge me a lot more money. Spoke to the service managers and they were little to no help either. They didn't look into the matter or talk to anyone about it. They just read the service tickets. More
