We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one, per our phone conversation on Monday February 25th we advised you we would be glad to look and diagnose your lack of heat concern at no cost to you. This offer was again extended to you by our Customer Relations Manager Monday evening you advised her you would discuss with your spouse and call us back. We haven't heard back from you, our Service Manager attempted to reach you by phone yesterday and this morning and was unable to reach you.
