Chelsea Johnson is an absolute delight. Her bubbly personality and wit kept us entertained while waiting for finance to deliberate a deal. Thank you Luis and Chelsea for all your hard work! Luis and Chelsea worked really hard to find a car that fit close to our budget. I can't explain the patience and kindness they exhibited the whole time my husband and I were there. Since Luis drove hybrid cars over the years he was able to answer all our questions. With dealerships adding a firm 10% upcharge purchasing was extremely upsetting and unfair. We used to be able to barter on cars and now of all times people should be flexible (If there was flexibility we definitely would have been able to buy a slightly better car). I feel like the owners are taking advantage. But Luis and Chelsea did what they could to find alternate vehicles that would meet close to our needs while staying on budget. They gave us options! Unless you talk to them in person, I cannot explain how wonderful, kind, and friendly they were. I didn't know people this fun existed in car sales. Best customer service I have ever had at a car dealership! If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have bought a car there. They are a major asset to the company. Luis and Chelsea provided a 5 star service. If you ever visit this dealership, I would personally ask for them. More
