I live a good 30 minutes away from the dealership, and there are two dealerships closer to me, but have always been very impressed with the excellent sales, service and atmosphere at Toyota of Brookfield, when I bought my CHR from them. And Chelsea was the sales person, who took care of me back then. Team Nicholas and Chelsea, listened to me, answered all my questions, made me a good deal on my trade-in and got me a RAV4 that was even better than I even expected. I wanted a different color in the beginning, but am very glad that they got me the color that I got. The RAV4 works great and I really enjoy driving it. Michael Curtis in the financial department was very friendly, helpful and made the transactions go quickly and smoothly. I will always recommend Toyota of Brookfield! More

Terrible experience picking up our new vehicle! Even tough our car was at the facility for 6 days, the car was not ready when we had a designated appointment to pick it up! It took 3 hours for them to tough our car was at the facility for 6 days, the car was not ready when we had a designated appointment to pick it up! It took 3 hours for them to have it ready! THREE HOURS! Then they tried to justify it by saying all dealerships take that long. I have bought many cars throughout the years, including this dealership when it was Jack Safro's and I never had a wait like this! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never use this dealership again for anything, EVER! More

The sale man, Riley was great, knowledgeable. But sales manager said “if the car info and mileage is online so why did we come test drive the car and not purchase the car. I live about 2 hours away from Toyota of Brookfield. I stumbled into this dealership out of desperation from a terrible experience earlier in the day at a different dealership after using CarGurus.com. I was blown away by the kindness I was shown by Angela C. and Chelsea J. I didn't make a deal with them that day, but I drove the 2 hours again a couple of days later to get my car from them because I wanted to work with them alone. Angela was the most helpful salesperson I have ever worked with from a dealership. I will be going back there whenever possible if I am in need of anything just because of her. Great experience purchasing a car!! WOW!! More
