Words can’t describe how HORRIBLE my experience was with Ed B. We came in and were speaking to someone else and he was very easy to work with. He brought in Ed B after the car was decided to assist with pri Ed B. We came in and were speaking to someone else and he was very easy to work with. He brought in Ed B after the car was decided to assist with pricing and suddenly the entire experience turned ugly. He started laughing at and belittling my religion and asked my brother to “step outside” to fight him. I have never experienced such blatant prejudicial hatred nor this level of unprofessionalism. My family only comes to this Toyota to buy cars and it was shocking to see they would hire someone with a lack of manners and etiquettes. More
