I have been a MotorWorld Acura customer for the past 8 years. I have worked with the best salesman at MotorWorld Acura, George Thomas, along with the best Brand Manager Tom Casey. George and Tom always years. I have worked with the best salesman at MotorWorld Acura, George Thomas, along with the best Brand Manager Tom Casey. George and Tom always take the time and effort to find me the best deal possible. Every conversation, email, etc., with George and Tom is always professional. They always take the time to quickly answer any questions I have and I really appreciate that. I also had the pleasure this time to meet Abraham Anguisaca who also contributed to making my purchase of my new MDX a reality. George, Tom and Abraham went above and beyond to get me into my new MDX. Chris and Karissa in Finance were also great to work with. Service Manager Jennifer Myslowski is always great to work with. She is always there to answer any service questions I have and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend MotorWorld Acura and contacting George, Tom and Abraham if you are looking to buy or lease a new or preowned Acura. Dave K More

Chester was extremely caring and beyond helpful today! He showed extreme empathy and care for my mom who has been undergoing cancer treatments for 7 years, I took her to get her car serviced and he walked He showed extreme empathy and care for my mom who has been undergoing cancer treatments for 7 years, I took her to get her car serviced and he walked my mom to the car and helped her in! There are not many kind people left today in this world! He sets the bar high when it comes to customer service. You are definitely a true gentleman 👍 More

Chester is the nicest service advisor I've dealt with over the years. He not only reviewed in detail what my car was in for but he went the extra mile to tell me about the services Motorworld offers, wal over the years. He not only reviewed in detail what my car was in for but he went the extra mile to tell me about the services Motorworld offers, walked me over to the waiting area, and kept me updated while I was waiting. Chester retrieved something I had left in a rental vehicle and gave me a call when he found it assuring me they would hold it until I was able to pick up it up at my convenience .
