i don't feel that the dealership was up front and honest about the vehicle we purchased. I was told that it needed a part in the steering, And they had to wait for parts. I never got a straight answer. I asked for the service manager to call me and tell me what was being done to the F250 I was purchasing, I was told they don't do that. I've been a mechanic for over 50 years. When I got the truck back to New Mexico I inspected the frontend and there are no signs of any work on the steering. New tires were put on the front of the vehicle. I wasn't informed until i went to pick up the vehicle. Had I been told this prior I would have still purchased the vehicle. I just don't like being kept in the dark when making a purchase. The purchase went smoothly once was at the dealership. More
